Payment & Fee Information

  1. The above fees do not include (additional costs quoted include taxes):
    1. Transportation ($100 return bus service, $175 airport service from Trudeau airport)
    2. Canoe trips ($100 - La Vérendrye, $25 - Papineau Labelle, charge to cover transportation costs)
    3. Tuck shop purchases and language lessons. A $75 deposit is applied to your son's account for sundry purchases (toothbrushes, craftshop projects, etc.)
  2. Brother's Discount: A 5% discount will be applied to each camper from the same immediate family.
  3. A deposit of $600.00 must accompany each application.
  4. Payment can be made by credit card (2% service charge applies) or cheque made payable to "Camp Nominingue Inc."
  5. Payment in US funds will be processed based on the exchange rate in effect on date application is received.

Conditions of Registration

  1. Upon receipt of completed application form, medical form and $600 deposit, we will mail you a "Confirmation of Enrolment" which will show, in detail, the balance owing.
  2. The balance of fees is due on May 1, 2010.
  3. NSF Cheques: A $25 fee will be applied on accounts with NSF cheques.
  4. Cancellations/Refunds:
    1. Cancellations made prior to May 1, 2010 will receive a refund of all fees & deposits paid, less a $150.00 administration fee.
    2. If enrolment is cancelled after May 1, 2010, no amount will be refunded and any unpaid part of the full fee shall be payable.
    3. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
    4. No refund of fees will be made for campers dismissed from camp or for campers who arrive late or depart early for any reason.
  5. Dismissal: The camp director reserves the right to dismiss a camper if he breaches camp rules.
  6. If Camp Nominingue, the QCA or its representatives, take any photographs or films of my child during his camp activities, I authorize the camp to use this material in full or in part for publicity purposes. All material used will remain the property of Camp Nominingue.
